"The Manifest & the Concealed" (الظاهر و الباطن) are repeated four times circumambulating (طواف) a small mirror – a symbolic representation of the Ka’ba. The central mirror also serves as a reminder that all divine qualities reside within us; it is through our own selves that we can see and experience the essence of the Divine.
