The outer world, by contrast, is ever-changing, shaped by fleeting breezes and shifting colours that change instantly with the movement of clouds. Those trapped in the past risk irrelevance, while those who disregard it live a rootless life. Being present in the two worlds, and becoming a bridge that connects the past and present is an art – the art of living.
